Inspired by 1920's, speak-easy establishments - this menu is a one stop shop to advertise the evolution of cocktails.  Think the classified section of a newspaper. Categorised by tasting notes to help guide the clientèle in the abundance of choice. Few illustrations were added to break up a heavily worded menu and in bar advertisement features on the back page.
